EMDS Training of 14 Advisory Council members was beingheld in Khachmaz, at the Sahil Diplomat Hotel. The Training was interrupted by Khachmaz police and ordered shutdown. After trainers attempted to continue meeting at another venue, they were taken to police station and beaten up.
