American Bar Association traveling Lawyers—Legal Assistance to the Poor. (USAID Program) providing free legal assistance to the poor. This was a day-long opportunity for poor individuals, around 10-20 persons a day, to meet with attorneys for free legal assistance. NOTE: ABA Traveling Lawyer activities are not public meetings or assemblies, and as such should not be subject to any notice requirements or “approvals” by the exec authorities.

Executive authority sent officials to be present during the activities to sit and observe and overhear and according to some citizens were intimidating (Masali in early December)
