Meeting for the Azerbaijan Hazelnut Processors Association, planned for January 30, 2013 at 11am in Zagatala at the Zagatala Hotel was cancelled by local ExCom 30 minutes befoe start. This was to be a meeting with project beneficiaries/ partners, primarily hazelnut processors and farmers.

Thirty minutes before the meeting was to begin the hotel manager told ACT project staff that the meeting had to be cancelled by order of the Excom. They said the PA and Excom were not informed of the meeting therefore it could not take place.
