EMDS Program in Cooperation with EU and NDI – Public Forum experienced police interference with event. Some 20 participants included: Popular Front Party, Musavat, Citzen Solidarity Party, Unified Azerbaijan Popular Front Party members and volunteers of EMDS Executive Authority pressured the owner of the restaurant not to allow EMDS to conduct its event there. Then EMDS tried to conduct it in a different restaurant. Police interfered again.
